Strategic Social Investment.
Rande Partners allocates 3.5% of annual revenue to philanthropic initiatives. We direct this capital towards three specific domains where we believe focused, sustained support can yield measurable outcomes.
Rural Education Access
The Challenge: Demographic shifts in rural Sweden have led to school consolidations and reduced access to tertiary education. University enrolment rates in regions such as Norrbotten lag significantly behind metropolitan areas.
Our Contribution: We fund comprehensive scholarships for students from municipalities with populations under 15,000, covering tuition and living costs at Swedish universities. Additionally, we finance technical education partnerships aligning rural workforces with key industries, ensuring economic relevance.
Scandinavian Contemporary Art
The Challenge: Emerging artists in the Scandinavian region often face a lack of institutional support and exhibition opportunities compared to established heritage collections.
Our Contribution: We provide sustained funding to five regional art institutions across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Our grants support exhibitions, acquisitions, and residencies, with a priority on underrepresented voices. We also maintain a corporate collection to support artists directly, lending works to regional museums to broaden public access.
Baltic Environmental Protection
The Challenge: The Baltic Sea ecosystem is under severe stress from eutrophication and pollution, threatening biodiversity and regional sustainability.
Our Contribution: We finance marine research focused on pollution mitigation and coastal restoration. We partner with organisations implementing practical solutions – from agricultural runoff reduction to wastewater treatment upgrades. We prioritise interventions with quantifiable environmental metrics over general awareness campaigns.
Client Philanthropy
Rande Partners extends this rigorous approach to our clients, advising on the governance and strategy of their own philanthropic vehicles. We ensure that giving structures are tax-efficient and that grants are directed towards organisations with verified operational competence and strong governance.
